Unless requested otherwise, design presentation meetings will be held at BIOTA's studio or via Microsoft Teams virtual meeting.
Conceptual Design: Base Mapping + Site Analysis + One 2D conceptual design showing general layout, circulation and planting areas + Opinion of overall probable cost, not detailed line item budget
Schematic Design: Base Mapping + Site Analysis + Detailed planting plan with plant list + One computer generated 3D model showing perspectives + Line-item estimate for construction by biota’s in house team + One revision. Subsequent revisions billed hourly with prior approval.
Construction Documents, Detailing and/or Specifying Allowance: Actual costs will be reconciled; any additional costs require prior approval
Technical Services: Engineering, Site Analysis, Testing or Allowance: Actual costs will be reconciled; any additional costs require prior approval
Project Management Allowance: Actual costs will be reconciled; any additional costs require prior approval
Licensed Survey by 3rd Party Surveyor (Estimate): Actual costs will be reconciled with coordination fee; Not to exceed this Estimated amount without prior approval
